How do I pay for agency fees?

Initial invoice(s) will be sent out within the first few days of signing, with the option of paying via ACH or Card directly from the invoice.

How would I know it was worth my investment?

Our goal is to help your business thrive! We will send you monthly reports so you can track the progress of your marketing campaign, and we will meet with you periodically to go over the information and make changes if necessary. Your success is our goal; so if something is not working, we will change it.

How much does it cost to get started with a high performing website?

It will depend upon the scope and requirements of the project. For reference, past projects have ranged between $1,000 - $6000. On the discovery call, we will seek to identify specifics and objectives that can affect the cost. These are things like number of pages, specific features, timeline, etc. All these will contribute to the cost and will vary from project to project.

How long will the work take from start to finish?

It will depend on the scope of the project. A single landing page may take a few days to a week, depending on the amount of copy.
A Full website with 5-10 pages may take 2-6 weeks to complete.

Do you offer other design services besides web design?

Yes. We offer Branding Design and Graphic Design

Do you design e-Commerce Websites?

If what you need is a simple eCommerce shop with basic needs, then yes, We can do it. If it's a huge eCommerce website that has very specific requirements, then no.

What paid advertising and retargeting services do you offer?

We offer paid advertising campaign management across a variety of social media and search engine platforms including:

How does paid social media advertising work?

Paid social media advertising works similarly to paid search advertising in the fact that cost is often accrued on a pay-per-click (PPC) basis — that is, you pay only for the traffic that is delivered to your website from the advertisement. That said, there are two noteworthy differences between paid social media advertising and paid search advertising:

-Paid social media advertising targets buyers during different stages of their buyer's journey (awareness, consideration, decision), where paid search advertising mostly targets people in the consideration and decision stages.

-Paid social media advertising is "passive" in that the advertisement is delivered to people that match certain audience criteria as opposed to paid search advertising where the advertisement is delivered to people based on their "active" keyword search on websites like Google, YouTube, etc.

How does a paid search campaign work?

First, we select a list of research-backed, optimized keywords that will be triggered by users searching in search engines like Google.
For those keywords, we develop and write advertising creative to market your products or services so that users will your advertisement when they search for relevant terms.
You will pay each time a user clicks on the advertisement and traffic is delivered to your website. This payment model is referred to as Cost per Click (CPC).
The CPC amount you will pay is dependent upon a preset "maximum bid" determined by what you’re willing to spend. Additionally, there are other factors that influence the CPC such as the quality of your advertising account structure, advertising creative, and advertising relevance.

What is the difference between Local SEO and general SEO?

Local SEO is a hyper-specific tactic that focuses on optimizing your website to achieve local search rankings by ensuring that your business is properly represented on review sites like Yelp, City Search, Kudzoo, and others.
